Twitter Instructions
To use these backgrounds for your Twitter page, click on the background image and you will be taken to the large image. From here, right-click on the image and choose "Save image as" and save the image to your computer. Then go to your Twitter page > Settings > Design > Change background image > Choose File and select the image you saved. Check the "tile background" box and hit "Save Changes".
Myspace Instructions
To use these backgrounds for your Myspace profile, click inside the code box underneath the image and copy the code (CTRL-C). Go to your Myspace profile: Profile > Edit Profile and paste the code (CRTL-V) inside the "About Me:" box and hit "Save Changes".
